Damon turned 19 on Tuesday and he is all grown up. I feel sad that the times of him being part of my everyday life, watching him
play,
read,
create,
learn,
destroy,
swim,.jpg)
and grow are over.
But I am so grateful for those times and will cherish them as I watch him leave, well prepared for what lies ahead. He is intelligent, kind, funny, strong, hard working, good looking, talented, ..." thrifty, brave, clean and reverent!" Seriously, he embodies the scout law and I'm so proud of him!

I'm sorry that this comment is a few days late:( What a special birthday tribute from a mother who loves her son so much. We are all so proud of you, Damon, for your goodness and example. As you enter the MTC tomorrow you will be in our thoughts and prayers. We know you will be an excellent missionary.
